You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Original Condition
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Full Refund
Approved returns receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Reach out within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Pack the Item: Place the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship It Back: We'll provide you with return instructions. For eligible returns, we cover shipping costs.
- Refund Processed: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Perishable goods
- Items on final sale
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your Order ID. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — at absolutely no cost to you.
